Are you starting your career in business intelligence and wish to develop your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data analysis?

This 5-month position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative team where learning, curiosity, and professional development are valued.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Production & Software Solutions, you will have the chance to participate in the creation of reports and dashboards that support decision-making, while developing your expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Create and evolve interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to meet business needs.
• Extract, analyze, and validate data to ensure its quality and reliability.
• Document queries, data sources, and BI processes.
• Respond to user requests and assist them in using data tools.
• Participate in the automation of recurring tasks and the optimization of business processes.
• Collaborate with various internal partners to understand their needs and propose adapted solutions.

Essential skills for this role

• Be a bachelor's degree student or hold a relevant academic background in business intelligence, computer science, analytics, administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of a data visualization tool (Power BI is a significant asset).
• Experience in data analysis or a similar role (an asset).
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and validate data.
• Good sense of organization and priority management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills in business intelligence.
