Operations Coordinator – Growing Manufacturing Company

MADIDO is a Quebec-based manufacturing company founded over 50 years ago. Recently acquired by new leadership, the company is undergoing a significant transformation and is actively investing in its growth, products, and operations.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, driven, and reliable who is willing to commit long-term and play a key role in our team.

Initially, you will be a true jack-of-all-trades. You will learn the various aspects of the company by participating in daily operations: order preparation, pneumatic tool repair, customer service, coordination with production, and material handling. This experience will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of the company before assuming increasing responsibilities.

We are seeking a person who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and can be relied upon. A leader capable of working autonomously and driving things forward.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and shipments
• Repair pneumatic tools
• Provide excellent customer service (email, phone, and counter)
• Coordinate orders with production
• Participate in the receipt of goods and material handling
• Contribute to daily workshop operations

30% of the work is physical, including the handling of material that can weigh up to 75 lb.

Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
