Known for our three-floor vintage and second-hand stores, our creativity, and our diverse selection, the Floh family is continuing to grow with the opening of a third location dedicated to vintage furniture and home décor.

In this role, you'll help create an exceptional shopping experience by showcasing our products, maintaining beautiful and organized sales floors, and supporting inventory management. • Your Role

As a Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for optimizing the sales floor across all Marché Floh locations while supporting the organization and maintenance of our backstock areas. Your primary objective is to maximize sales through effective merchandising, healthy product rotation, and efficient inventory flow, while maintaining strong communication with our warehouse team.

This role combines multi-store merchandising, inventory management, operational organization, logistical coordination, and hands-on support during seasonal changes and major store updates.

Working closely with the Operations Supervisor and Warehouse team, you'll play an essential role in maintaining the high standards that define the Floh shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Product Presentation

• Merchandise products according to Marché Floh standards.
• Create visually appealing displays that highlight our collections and drive sales.
• Support ongoing product rotation to keep the shopping experience fresh and engaging.
• Reorganize sections based on store needs.
• Install promotional signage and markdowns when required.

Backstock Organization

• Maintain clean, organized, and functional backstock areas.
• Organize incoming merchandise efficiently.
• Prepare products for the sales floor.
• Help maintain an accessible and well-organized inventory system.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification.
• Identify low stock, overstock, and replenishment needs.
• Inspect merchandise before it reaches the sales floor.
• Remove damaged or non-compliant items according to company procedures.

Receiving & Product Flow

• Receive, unpack, and sort incoming merchandise.
• Replenish products on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory transfers between stores and the warehouse as needed.

Special Projects & Events

• Assist with seasonal changes and store renovations.
• Support the team during special events and major sales.
• Help with store openings, expansion projects, and new presentation concepts.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with sales, operations supervisor, and warehouse teams.
• Adhere to visual and organizational standards of Marché Floh.
• Contribute to a positive, creative, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eye for visual presentation and interest in design, fashion, or vintage.
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting and standing).
• Team player, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends, vintage knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
• Flexibility to work in different stores as needed.

Assets

• Experience in merchandising, retail sales, or visual presentation.
• Experience in inventory management or receiving merchandise.
• Passion for fashion and vintage design.
