Hours: Full-time 40 hours or 36 hours (12 hours) on various work shifts (day, evening, night, weekend)

As an electrotechnician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the electrical, electronic, and automated equipment in the plant. You will participate in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various systems, including industrial computer equipment, pyrometric, refrigeration, and weighing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, control, maintain, and repair electrical, electronic, and automated equipment.
- Diagnose failures and perform troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems.
- Adjust, calibrate, and commission various control and instrumentation systems.
- Install new devices and participate in the improvement of existing installations.
- Replace defective components to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Plan work and estimate materials needed for interventions.
- Comply with health and safety standards as well as company procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure the continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- DEC in electrotechnics, instrumentation, automation, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience or a C license.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and a concern for well-done work.
- Interest in continuous training and professional development.
- Good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Motivation to learn, innovate, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in French (advanced oral, intermediate written).
- Availability to work day shifts.
