Your role

• Supervise work according to set priorities and company requirements
• Resolve any issues that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Perform merchandising tasks according to the store manager's directives
• Supervise the re-stocking process
• Manage promotional activities based on sales and company initiatives
• Stay informed about current trends and competitors to contribute to the development of an effective marketing strategy
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
• Determine work schedules while respecting the established labor budget and ensuring customer needs are met
• Lead, encourage, and motivate teams
• All other tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the store

Skills required

• 5 years of experience in personnel management
• Experience in managing a retail business
• Strong leadership, resourcefulness, and autonomy skills
• Excellent communication skills
