Your role
- Supervise work according to set priorities and company requirements
- Resolve any issues that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform merchandising tasks according to the store manager's directives
- Supervise the re-stocking process
- Manage promotional activities based on sales and company initiatives
- Stay informed about current trends and competitors to contribute to the development of an effective marketing strategy
- Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
- Determine work schedules while respecting the established labor budget and ensuring customer needs are met
- Lead, encourage, and motivate teams
- All other tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the store
Skills required
- 5 years of experience in personnel management
- Experience in managing a retail business
- Strong leadership, resourcefulness, and autonomy skills
- Excellent communication skills
