Project Manager – Change Agent
We are supporting our client, a major Canadian player in the aerospace industry, in their search for a Project Manager – Change Agent to accompany the implementation of organizational transformation projects and the deployment of new technological solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Integrate and coordinate all change management activities related to the project (analysis of impacted populations, training strategy, adoption tracking, communications, maintenance of the Google Site project and training materials).
- Facilitate decision-making based on operational needs and escalate issues as required.
- Develop, harmonize, and maintain integrated project plans, including detailed plans, risks, opportunities, and schedules.
- Ensure tracking of change management activities and deliverables in accordance with project timelines and objectives.
- Develop and distribute communications to various stakeholders.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs, pedagogical materials, and training schedules.
- Track change adoption using performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend necessary actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of transformation projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of change management processes.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed for the project.
Desired Profile
- You have significant experience in project management and organizational change management (OCM).
- You have participated in the deployment of systems, computer applications, or digital transformation projects.
- You are familiar with change management methodologies related to the implementation of new technologies.
- You have experience in needs analysis, training design, and user support.
- You are known for your excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You possess strong skills in active listening, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Planisware is an asset.
- You are fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.
