Contract Type: Permanent A career as a Senior Business Analyst in the Evolution Finances team at Banque Nationale is about acting as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams.

You work in an agile mode and are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for the Finance sector teams. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business analysis skills, which contribute to the implementation of new technologies and ways of doing things.

Your Job

• Lead workshops with various stakeholders at different levels and expertise
• Model current and target processes based on the mapping practices in place at the Bank
• Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses on all aspects of the process with the help of experts
• Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their links, and ensure their traceability
• Define, identify user testing scenarios and support users in operational transfer
• Make proposals for change management strategy to solution users.

Within the Evolution Finances team, you are part of a seasoned and dedicated team working on the evolution of the Finance sector and contribute to projects in a multidisciplinary team. Our team stands out by advancing the Bank by accelerating automation, modernization, and simplification of high-impact processes and applications.

You report to the Principal Director - Domain Business Analysis and Operational Excellence. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This is reflected in a hybrid work environment, as well as a flexible and adaptable schedule.

Requirements

• University degree relevant to the industry and several years of relevant experience
• Business analysis skills
• Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, continuous improvement (in change management, an asset)
• Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
• Experience with test scenarios and user support
• Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...)
• Knowledge in the field of accounting and finance, an asset.
