Senior Business Architecture Advisor, Direct Distribution Integrator-FR

With over 50 business architecture advisors aligned with industry best practices, our team's value lies in our ability to combine the following: understanding and refining the organization's business strategy, defining the required changes to business capabilities to implement this strategy for our members and clients, and contributing to delivering the expected business value. As a Senior Business Architecture Advisor for Direct Distribution Integration, you will be tasked with supporting the Vice-Presidency of Member and Client Relations and Direct Insurance (Quebec) in identifying and implementing initiatives to achieve its goals. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding and refining the organization's business strategy for direct distribution and ensuring its implementation
• Contributing to defining the target architecture to achieve the business strategy and the required transformations to meet business objectives
• Contributing to defining the execution plan for direct distribution (initiative roadmap) and creating synergies
• Contributing to the investment planning process and equipping stakeholders in their decision-making (identifying and prioritizing initiatives)
• Conducting opportunity analyses in line with the business strategy, business needs, overall solution, and enterprise architecture targets
• Exercising influence, leadership, and advisory roles with stakeholders
• Supporting, tracking, and coordinating the work of business architects in identifying, analyzing, positioning, planning, developing, implementing, and following up on opportunities, initiatives, and mandates under your responsibility
• Collaborating closely with the IT Integration Architect and business leaders
• Aligning with the architecture team on solutions, orientations, decisions, and issues to promote synergies and consistency between roadmaps, portfolios, and programs
• Supporting direct distribution business leaders in various committees or meetings composed of senior management and decision-making bodies

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience in similar mandates
• Experience in an influential and advisory role
• Certification in business architecture or business analysis
• French language proficiency required
• Intermediate English language proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners or members and clients
• Knowledge of direct distribution and/or property and casualty insurance
• Strong understanding of the industry, Mastery of interpersonal relationships
