Description

Luxury Homes, a new residential construction company (Rive-Sud de Montréal) and Altima Group, a property management company, are looking for a specialized carpenter for finishing and repair work for our houses and rental properties.

Your responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and minor repairs of the properties and common areas
Conduct property inspections (condition reports, follow-ups)
Respond to common requests from tenants
Ensure regular presence on the portfolio of properties in Longueuil, Saint-Hubert and Brossard

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance/concierge is an asset
• Resourcefulness and autonomy
• Personal vehicle and tools are an asset (not required)
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
Location: Frequent travel
