Maintenance and Operations Supervisor

Mission

The Maintenance Supervisor, in collaboration with the Exterior Site Supervisor and his team, plans, organizes, coordinates, and performs building maintenance and facility maintenance work. Reporting to the General Management, he ensures the efficient operation of the spa equipment in accordance with the company's expectations and quality standards, aiming to provide an unforgettable relaxation environment that promotes well-being.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work with the maintenance team, in agreement with the exterior site team and subcontractors, and involve the Technical Services Director as needed
• Contribute to the development of work procedures to optimize processes and ensure the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
• Accompany subcontractors during work execution, ensure the accuracy of the work performed, and track billing
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
• Monitor departmental expenses and budget
• Demonstrate a collaborative spirit according to the company's needs

Team Management

• Demonstrate motivating leadership and maintain a team spirit by motivating the team to achieve objectives
• Recruit, train, and develop the team in a healthy and productive work environment
• Organize work schedules according to allocated budgets and traffic forecasts; communicate organizational updates and work planning to the team

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in team management combined with relevant maintenance experience
• Flexibility in day/evening/weekend schedules
• Good physical capacity and manual skills; ability to lift loads of 30 lbs and exceptionally 50 lbs
• Sense of organization and priorities
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
