Solution SFT is looking for an IT Project Coordinator for a client project in the public sector in the city of Quebec.
Role
Support the project manager in coordinating activities and resources.
Ensure task tracking, updating work plans, and schedules.
Expected Deliverables: Follow-up registers (open points, decisions).
Updating project documents (planning, schedules, risks).
Operational follow-up dashboards.
Required Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or university degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination.
Experience in a project portfolio management context, or supporting complex project management.
Expertise: Best practices in project management.
Tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, advanced Excel).
Inter-team communication, committee facilitation, documentation management.
