MISSION
The Outdoor Operations Supervisor ensures an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and proper functioning of outdoor facilities. They coordinate daily operations, ensure water quality, and mobilize their team to uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and maintenance in an environment that promotes relaxation and well-being.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise outdoor site operations to ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience.
- Lead, support, and train team leaders and advisors at the outdoor site.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to customer service, facility maintenance, and water quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Plan department work schedules according to operational needs and foot traffic.
- Implement initiatives and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with external suppliers and partners.
- Monitor equipment and facilities daily to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Team Management
- Participate in human resources management activities: recruitment, onboarding, training, and skill development.
- Plan, coordinate, and support department activities in collaboration with other teams.
- Promote an exemplary customer service culture and company quality standards.
- Motivate the team towards common goals and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team and management to support continuous improvement in operations and customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in team management, combined with relevant customer service experience.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or any other related training (an asset).
- Positive leadership, team-oriented attitude, and enjoyment of working in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Availability to work variable hours (day, evening, and weekends).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Specifications
- Salary based on experience.
- Full-time permanent position (35 to 40 hours per week).
