Concretely, in this position you will be responsible for

• Scheduling appointments, welcoming our clients and validating their needs;
• Opening work orders;
• Following up on work orders;
• Receiving, verifying and closing work orders.
• Working hours:
• Monday to
• Friday from 11:00
• AM to 7:30 PM (Flexible)

Experience, training and skills that would be useful

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent customer service;
• Basic knowledge of mechanics (an asset);
• Fluent French and English;
• Computer skills;
• Efficient priority management;
• Ability to show tact, good self-control;
• Rigor in procedures and work methods;
• Team spirit, mutual aid.
