• Your role

On board your service vehicle, you will travel directly to our clients to perform various technical tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Perform preventive maintenance on gas and pellet appliances;
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs;
• Install various gas appliances (fireplaces, stoves, generators, patio heaters, and other equipment);
• Prepare the necessary materials before interventions;
• Identify the required parts for repairs;
• Explain the operation of appliances to clients when necessary;
• Provide a professional and courteous customer experience;
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.

You are a person who enjoys both technical work and client interaction.

You possess:

• Relevant experience as a gas technician;
• Good analytical and diagnostic skills;
• Good knowledge of electricity and electronics;
• Excellent autonomy;
• A strong commitment to quality work;
• A professional and positive attitude;
• Good manual skills;
• A valid driver's license.
• Assets
• TAG-1, TAG-2, or TAG-3 certification;
• Experience in gas piping;
• Experience in repairing or installing heating appliances;
• Knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, and pellet appliances.
