• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Assist with organizing clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff and servers
• Support food handling procedures by ensuring all items are properly sanitized before use in food preparation or service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during busy service periods
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic environment
• Restock dishware and utensils as needed to keep the kitchen running seamlessly

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling standards is advantageous
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting such as hotels or hospitality environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this role
