Closing Date: $20.81 to $28.30 per hour depending on experience + Daily transportation support allowance of $6 per day 2 regular positions available: as soon as possible YOUR ROLE
Ensure our customers have a memorable culinary experience.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Responsible for preparing dishes, setting up, and presenting the menu.
- Prepare, season, cook, and portion food.
- Perform cooking techniques such as frying, boiling, grilling, cooking, and roasting meats.
- Prepare stocks, sauces, soups, and cook vegetables and other foods as needed.
- Prepare pastries and desserts.
- Monitor food cooking and may participate in inventory taking and checking, as well as verifying goods upon receipt.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials necessary for your functions.
- Apply MAPAQ rules.
- In case of absence, may replace the head of the section.
- May be assigned other related duties.
YOUR STRENGTHS
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) with specialization in professional cooking or a related field
- Tuition compensation: Each missing year of school can be compensated by two (2) additional years of relevant experience beyond the required years of experience
