Versatile Delivery Driver

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILED TASKS CUSTOMER SERVICE ▪ Provides outstanding customer service ▪ Collects customer feedback and/or suggestions during delivery and communicates them to management DELIVERY MANAGEMENT ▪ Picks up prescriptions and other products at the designated location in the pharmacy ▪ Delivers prescriptions and other products to clients according to a predetermined schedule and territory ▪ Validates the identity of clients during medication delivery ▪ Reports any delivery errors to the pharmacy manager ▪ Maintains the assigned delivery vehicle in good condition and clean ▪ Adheres to the Highway Safety Code by adopting a responsible driving attitude ▪ Collects payments from clients and submits the collected amounts to the pharmacy manager at the end of the work period ▪ Balances cash deposits and withdrawals with the pharmacy manager at the end of the work period ▪ Completes any other tasks requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• ▪ Valid Class 5 driver's license
• ▪ Auto insurance policy, if applicable
• ▪ Good driving record recognized by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ)
• ▪ Experience in residential and/or commercial delivery, an asset
• Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time
• Compensation: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
