Tourism Sales Coordinator

*Under the authority of the Corporate Sales Director, the person holding this position is responsible for planning and organizing events. They collaborate in customer loyalty and the search for new clients.*

Your Daily Mission

• Understand the parameters of events (level of importance, duration, allocated budget, etc.);
• Send and follow up on contracts as well as billing;
• Show potential clients the available meeting spaces on the ship;
• Collaborate on the sale of products, discuss menus, prices, necessary equipment (audio-visual, IT, or other), and venue layout with clients;
• Transmit necessary information for the event's realization to the ship's staff and concerned services (event plan, menu choices, room and equipment reservations, particularities regarding venue layout, etc.);
• Participate in some embarkations to ensure the smooth running of major events;
• Ensure full customer satisfaction to encourage potential return;
• Occasionally represent the company in various activities (trade shows, meetings, cocktail parties);
• Perform all other related tasks.

The “fit” will be good with croisières AML if you have

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• D.E.C in hotel management, event organization, or other relevant training;
• Similar experience within a reception agency or hotel (an asset);
• Knowledge of the tourism and event industry (a major asset);
• Valid driver's license;
• Proficiency in Office Suite.
