We are a self-funded and profitable company (over $30 million in annual revenue) and our product is powered by cutting-edge technologies that enable our clients to optimize their operations and become leaders in an ever-evolving advertising world. Our client base ranges from small startups to large public companies.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a talented team of programmers who collectively demonstrate excellent technical skills. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong desire to learn, autonomy, and most importantly, a team spirit.

We are still in the early stages. Although the product is established and the client base is growing rapidly, there is still plenty of room for you to influence both the team and the project. We frequently deploy features that have a significant impact on our clients - your work will be meaningful.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with various teams (product, UX, QA, etc.) to develop and deploy features.
• Build and enhance the core features of the platform, maintaining high code quality standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews (PR), development planning, and process definition to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript (TypeScript).
• Good understanding of infrastructure and system architecture concepts for distributed/microservices.
• Proficiency in Git.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud services, MySQL, Kubernetes, Java Spring, Angular, gRPC, and Redis.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French required.
• Location: Able to commute to the Montreal office at least two days a week.

Compensation Package

• Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 CAD
