We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Nespresso Canada team in Montreal. Reporting to the Product Manager for Coffee & Accessories, this role will lead the development and execution of the accessories category strategy to drive portfolio growth, innovation, strategic partnerships, as well as local collaborations and project development, in alignment with brand and business objectives.
In this role, you will act as the key representative of the category, playing a crucial role in influencing global stakeholders and defining the category roadmap for the Canadian market. We are looking for a person who can combine creativity and data analysis to deliver results.
Additionally, this role includes functional management responsibilities (dotted line) of a shared Coordinator resource. You will provide daily guidance to this resource, ensure alignment of priorities, and support the effective execution and delivery of projects within the team. *Note: This is an existing vacant position.* A Day in the Life of a Category Marketing Manager – Accessories
As a Product Marketing Manager for Accessories, you will play a key role in product management, the accessories portfolio, and related projects. You will also serve as a functional management role (dotted line) to the product team coordinator, ensuring alignment of priorities, coordination of activities, and the successful execution of projects. You will collaborate closely with various functions to deliver high-impact initiatives and contribute to the company's performance.
Strategic Product Management
Launch Excellence: Develop and execute high-performing launch plans and promotional strategies as needed, defining the optimal offer, pricing, and market approach.
- Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities, and guide project development decisions.
- Represent Canadian market needs to global stakeholders.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including code creation, pricing strategies, SKU rationalization, and adaptation to local regulations.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales, customer data, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to generate actionable recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure flawless execution, accurate forecasting, and a strong presence both online and offline.
- Ability to manage different product segments (cups, cookies, milk frothers).
- Understanding of category trends.
- Maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Project Management

As part of your role, you will collaborate closely with the team coordinator, who supports both accessories and coffee-related matters according to business priorities. This represents an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership and coaching skills.
- You will have functional management responsibility for the coordinator in this context, providing clear priorities, mentorship, and daily support on operational tasks related to your key projects. You will play a key role in guidance, feedback, and support, fostering effective collaboration and excellent execution.
What Will Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to product or portfolio management, ideally in the fashion, high-end home decor, or premium/luxury cosmetics sectors.
- Ability to prioritize without losing sight of the big picture.
- Strong customer orientation, consumer-focused.
- Bilingual French-English required, due to collaborations at the Canadian and international levels.
