Your role:
You will play a key role in the production of service offers and contribute directly to the growth of our activities.
Specifically, you will:
Design and write compelling responses to RFPs, proposals and client presentations;
Collaborate with experts and partners to build proposals tailored to client needs;
Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of the documents produced;
Coordinate schedules and manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines;
Participate in market monitoring and contribute to the development of sales strategies;
Act as a resource person for content and service offers to the teams.
You could be the ideal person if you have: A university degree in administration, communication, marketing or a related field; 2 to 3 years of experience in writing service offers or responses to RFPs;
Excellent writing, synthesis and revision skills; A good understanding of professional services or B2B environments;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; A strong interest in artificial intelligence as a lever for efficiency and innovation; A strong sense of organization, autonomy and priority management.
