Responsibilities
- This position requires on-site presence at the Île d'Orléans Bridge.
- Manage the entire cost control cycle throughout the project execution, including setting up projects/assignments, tracking budgets and schedules within the project management system.
- Calculate the initial budget based on the proposal.
- Monitor hours, expenses, costs, and budget updates.
- Monitor changes and coordinate with the project team.
- Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on project objectives, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Ensure and manage project progress tracking with discipline leaders, including cost and schedule controls.
- Provide regular project forecast updates to project managers, including periodic assistance in estimating remaining project costs, as well as provisions and risks.
- Record and resolve budget and schedule-related project issues.
- Ensure the quality of project milestone reports, executive summaries, and dashboards to provide timely updates on performance.
Requirements
- Degree in administration, finance, or engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry.
- Bilingualism with a mastery of the English language, including excellent communication skills (written and verbal), is required to communicate daily with key actors across Canada.
- Strong personal computer skills (MS Office suite) and relevant software skills specific to project controls.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
