Planning, Programming, and Research Agent - Cutting-Edge Practices

Mandate

Under the hierarchical authority of the Head of the Documentation and Knowledge Mobilization Service, the incumbent will carry out activities inherent to cutting-edge practices in line with the establishment's top priorities. These activities include identifying and prioritizing innovative practices that have the potential to become cutting-edge practices, planning and developing the project, experimenting with the practice, and, when relevant, implementing, internally and externally disseminating it. The incumbent will also be responsible for aligning the clinical and research environments with other stakeholders involved, guiding the creation of processes used by the cutting-edge practices service, and aligning knowledge mobilization methods.

General Description

• Manage the project for cutting-edge practices and establish the expected deliverables for projects;
• Map and document innovative practices within the establishment and evaluate their potential to become a cutting-edge practice (identification);
• Contribute to the dissemination of innovative practices that do not meet the criteria or priorities to become cutting-edge practices;
• Assess the needs of the establishment's teams regarding potential innovative practices (prioritization);
• Coordinate and ensure the development and experimentation of prioritized cutting-edge practices;
• Ensure the implementation and internal and external dissemination of practices when relevant;
• Evaluate the outcomes of cutting-edge practices;
• Ensure alignment between clinical, research, and other stakeholders' environments regarding cutting-edge practices;
• Participate in various meetings related to cutting-edge practices as needed and as opportunities arise within or between establishments;
• Update files under their responsibility;
• Maintain their knowledge and skills in line with their responsibilities;
• Contribute to the visibility of the cutting-edge practices service;
• Collaborate in achieving the service's permanent and annual objectives and those of their management.
• Perform any other mandate of the Research and Innovation Department at the request of their immediate superior.

Do you have the desired profile?

• University degree in communications, administrative sciences, health sciences, or social services, or any other discipline deemed relevant to the position.
• Mastery in project management, program evaluation, knowledge transfer, or related to the desired profile (an asset).
• Training in project management (an asset).
• Training in knowledge mobilization (an asset).

Additional Requirements

• At least (3) years of experience in project management.
• Experience in the field of knowledge mobilization.
• Experience in evaluation (an asset).
• Knowledge of the health and social services network, its administration, legal framework, and issues.
• Excellent writing and meeting animation skills.
• Knowledge in project management and knowledge mobilization.
• Advanced mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
• Advanced mastery of MS Office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
