Description

The purchasing group affiliated with Dubé Loiselle, Groupe Laurive, is looking for a dynamic and passionate professional to contribute to the growth of its member network in the Montreal region.

In this key role, you will be at the heart of our recruitment, loyalty, and member support activities. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships, develop new business opportunities, and have a concrete impact on the growth of the organization.

The position is for 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and recruit new members in your territory.
• Reactivate inactive members and strengthen their engagement.
• Conduct prospecting activities (calls, field visits, networking events).
• Support members and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and partnership growth.
• Contribute to achieving growth, sales, and profitability goals.

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication and business development skills.

✔ Strong customer service sense and ability to build trust.

✔ Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented.

✔ Availability for travel within the assigned territory.

✔ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

✔ Good knowledge of the food sector.

✔ Bilingual French-English (English-speaking work environment).
