Sales Representative

The role:

The marketing representative role represents the first point of contact with the client, this role is the key to success here. First impressions are often the most important. In a previously analyzed territory, you will need to present yourself and offer free estimates for painting work.

The services we offer are: Interior painting

Exterior painting

Epoxy floor installation

The representative's tasks are: Ensure a constant entry of new potential clients

Territory:

Your assigned territory will be shared on a Google map. Each representative will be assigned a territory. Once the territory is covered, another one will be assigned. To keep track of your journeys, we use the Strava platform. You only need to activate the application once you start working and end the journey once finished.

Training:

You will receive a complete training to ensure you have the best possible results and to be the most effective in your work. The training weeks will be as follows.

Week 1 30-minute training on technical aspects (use of the schedule, pay, overview of services offered) 1-hour door-to-door training. We will see the speech, how to respond to objections and the services offered.

We will accompany you every evening the first week. We will do the first doors and then leave you in front while supporting you.

Week 2

We will help you less and less with the doors and let you take the lead. By the end of the week, you will be completely autonomous.

The salary scale is as follows: Week 1: 15 hours + $10 of the estimate

Week 2: 15 hours + $20 of the estimate

Week 3: $35 of the estimate

Each week, you will have objectives to achieve, either in hours or in estimates obtained.

You will receive a bonus when your objectives are met

Compensation: $40,138.73 to $115,223.80 per year
