Clean public and employee-only restrooms and showers. Clean windows in public and employee-only spaces. Clean floors in public and employee-only spaces using the provided products, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in designated areas. Empty trash cans and ashtrays in public spaces into appropriate containers. Check the condition of furniture and ensure it is not torn, damaged, or stained, and report any damage. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Set up warning signs to limit passage when necessary. Contact other services directly for urgent repairs. Respond quickly to client and other service requests. Identify and report maintenance issues or preventive maintenance needs in public spaces or rooms.

Follow and apply all chain safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident risks, accidents, or injuries; follow training and obtain required safety certifications. Ensure that your uniform and appearance are clean and professional. Respect the confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company property. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at the required speed to meet work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging). Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines (e.g., to identify defects). Pick up, turn, and manipulate objects of different sizes and weights requiring excellent motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach objects above the head and below the knees, including bending, body rotations, pulling, and crouching. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Climb and descend ladders. Climb and descend stairs and service ramps. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds (25 kg) without assistance, and more than 55 pounds (25 kg) with assistance. Be able to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work equipment on sloped and uneven surfaces. Stand, kneel, sit, or walk for a prolonged period or at a high frequency for a full work shift. Perform all other tasks requested by supervisors and that match the position.
