(CAN) Associate, Cashier Team

Position Summary...

To support and process transactions, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What you'll do...

1. Greet all customers politely and courteously.

2. Process all transactions quickly and efficiently, including demagnetizing merchandise according to the SEA program.

3. Promote the company's programs, including credit card services, product protection, and charitable projects.

4. Assist customers in placing their merchandise into bags and then into their carts.

5. Ensure compliance with work practices, including lifting merchandise and maintaining a clean workspace.

6. Maintain the safety and integrity of the cashiers by handling money with diligence, following company guidelines, and being aware of the environment.

7. Forward, if necessary, questions related to service and transactions to a manager at customer service.

8. Show customers how to use self-service cashiers correctly and efficiently and assist if necessary.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75.
