We are looking for a dynamic and motivated technical advisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for facilitating communication between clients and the mechanical workshop.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome clients and understand their mechanical needs.
Open and manage work orders.
Clearly explain recommended repairs and services.
Establish cost estimates and obtain necessary approvals.
Coordinate work with mechanics.
Ensure rigorous follow-up with clients.
Maintain a professional and courteous customer service.
