IT Distribution Analyst – Support ERP NAV & BC

Hybrid Work Model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

*YOUR ROLE*

To support Sollio Agriculture's digital transformation, your mandate as a member of the ERP support team will be to support Sollio Agriculture in the support of Microsoft Nav ERP, which will eventually be migrated to Business Central.

Reporting to the application support manager under the business solutions team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Maintain and support our main system, Microsoft Nav:
• Understand and interpret client situations;
• Analyze error causes and propose solution paths;
• Take new requirements and see how the system could meet the needs;
• Manage different ERP processing processes;
• Ensure training documents are up-to-date;
• Train users on new processes;
• Work on roles and application security;
• Support the technical team with the ecosystem around this ERP system (Scheduler, visualization tool, Interfaces);
• Participate in the realization of functional analyses, design, tests, and training;
• Collaborate with different levels of interveners in the organization, both within the IT department and at the business level;
• Participate in different deployment projects by providing training and support.

YOUR ASSETS

• You have a degree in administration with a profile in information technology, Operations Management;
• You know the major concepts of a large-scale ERP system and are comfortable with Nav / Business Central;
• You are comfortable with the distribution processes in Nav / BC;
• You are recognized for your analytical capacity, autonomy, and curiosity;
• You are dynamic, creative, and a good team player;
• You have a great capacity to quickly understand business processes and are results-oriented;
• You have excellent sense and priority management;
• You are perfectly bilingual (English/French);
• You have a willingness to learn, optimize existing methods and processes, and stay alert to new ways of doing things;
• Possibility of being on call outside normal business hours (8 am to 4 pm).
