The person holding this position works closely with the customer in commercial painting to determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Branch coordinators are also required to quickly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum customer satisfaction, stay up-to-date on product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards for products and the store.
The person selected for this position will be required to work at store no. 8725 located at: 2510 KING W ST, SHERBROOKE, QC J1J 2E8

Step 3 – In-store interview
Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our recruitment team and the candidates selected will be invited to meet with members of our team in a store, in a wholesale sales branch, in a floor covering establishment, or in a delivery service center.
Salary decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each position, which will impact the actual salary level within the indicated salary range. The indicated salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors considered in salary decisions, including geographic location, overall skills, experience and training, licenses and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and by phone in determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Establish productive, trusting relationships with wholesale customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures
- Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Keep accurate files and work formulas up to date
- Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Add shades and mix products, if needed, according to customer specifications
- Place products on shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks
- Help with deliveries, if needed
- Maintain assigned areas stocked and presentable
- Stay up-to-date on products offered and present available options
- Follow inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales
Minimum requirements
- Must be at least seventeen (17) years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, as well as carry up to 23 kg (50 lb), sometimes up to 32 kg (70 lb) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in French
Preferred qualifications
- Have at least a high school diploma or a General Adult Education Certificate (CAEC)
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail sales, or customer service position
- Have work experience in the sale of paint and related products
- Have work experience using tinting and mixing equipment
