The delivery driver for Sherwin-Williams' delivery service is responsible for delivering products to Sherwin-Williams store customers using the company's delivery trucks or vans. Delivery drivers ensure that deliveries are complete, properly packaged, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Delivery drivers are responsible for customer satisfaction and the safe and timely transportation of items.
The person selected for this role will need to work at store 8524, located at: 1040 BOUL. PIERRE-BERTRAND, QUEBEC, QC G1M 3H1

What is the procedure to get started?
Step 1 – Submit an online job application

After evaluating the applications submitted, the selected candidates will be invited to take a digital video interview through HireVue, our recruitment partner. The interview will include some behavioral questions.
You will have the opportunity to record and complete your video interview at any time and from anywhere! Although you can take this video interview according to your own schedule, we require that this step be completed within seven days following receipt of an invitation.
Step 3 – Store Interview
Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our recruitment team and the candidates selected will be invited to meet with members of our team at a store, in a wholesale sales branch, in a floor covering establishment, or at a delivery service center.
Salary decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each position, which will impact the actual salary level within the indicated salary range. The salary range indicated for this position takes into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors considered in salary decisions, including geographic location, overall skills, experience and training, licenses and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs.

- Prepare deliveries to effectively meet customer requirements.
- Load customer orders appropriately into the truck.
- Ensure that all required forms are properly completed.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
- Maintain the company vehicle and inform the supervisor of any repair or service needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled times.
- Comply with transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
- Use equipment and machinery such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Perform various tasks in the store, including warehouse work, order preparation (painting and mixing), and customer service at the counter.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Be able, with or without a reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from tables or stacks on the floor, and lift and carry up to 50 lb frequently, and up to 70 lb occasionally
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in French
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold at least a high school diploma or a General Adult Education Certificate (CAEC)
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail sales, or customer service position
- Have at least one (1) year of experience using material handling equipment (for example: standing or seated forklifts, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, vacuum lifters, barrel carts, conveyors, etc.)
- Have previous experience in the sale of paint and related products
