Construction and Maintenance Supervisors / Foremen

Supervise and coordinate the work of road signers on roads and road construction sites.

Participate in road signaling operations on roads.

Install, verify, and remove road signs according to plans and required standards.

Plan and assign daily tasks for employees required by the company.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at work.

Train and mentor new employees on work procedures and safety regulations.

Inspect road construction sites to ensure that signaling measures are properly applied according to CNESST regulations.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide the necessary personnel as required each day and quickly.

Write daily reports, manage employee files, respond to employees, and ensure the proper functioning of signaling sites.

Replace signers as needed, which may also involve working multiple hours on the road construction site.

Compensation: $36.00 per hour
