We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist for a shared position between Kinatex Saint-Hubert and Kinatex Brossard DIX30.

At Kinatex Saint-Hubert, you will work within an experienced and warm team, where physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and other professionals collaborate closely to provide personalized and high-quality care.

Located in the heart of the DIX30 district, Kinatex Brossard DIX30 has offered comprehensive rehabilitation services since 2013. With a team of over 35 professionals, the clinic stands out for its multidisciplinary approach, commitment to continuing education, and stimulating work environment.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct functional evaluations and assess patients' abilities and limitations
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide manual treatments and evidence-based interventions
• Maintain complete and compliant progress notes
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Teach and advise patients on strategies and prevention
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Required skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced occupational therapists
• Be a member in good standing with the OEQ
• Interest in physical health (CNESST, SAAQ, and private clients) as well as pediatrics
• Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

• Full-time: 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday during the day
• Start date flexible according to the candidate's availability

Remuneration

• Salary: From $41/h to $72.79/h
• The hourly rate is established according to the prevailing salary scales, as well as the candidate's professional experience and developed expertise.
