Description

We are looking for an SAP Project Manager to join our team of advisors at the Quebec office, as part of a permanent position.

This position is hybrid.

Acting as a consultant for Chrome Technologies, the candidate will work with our clients to complete the projects they have entrusted to us.

Tasks

We are looking for a project manager to lead the upgrade of SAP Business One, from version 9.2 to version 10, in an international and technically complex environment.

The project includes coordinating the application migration, renewing certain infrastructure components, and reconfiguring internal tools related to SAP. The SAP upgrade will be carried out in collaboration with the integration partner.

• Plan and coordinate all activities related to the migration of SAP Business One 9.2 to version 10.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate work between internal teams, infrastructure teams, and the partner.
• Supervise server refreshes and technical environment preparation.
• Ensure coordination of the reconfiguration and validation of internal "SAP Tools".
• Organize the analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live phases.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Monitor issues, decisions, scope changes, and corrective actions.
• Produce progress reports and communicate the project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with resources located in Canada, India, Germany, Ireland, and Brazil.
• Prepare the deployment plan, handover plan, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in ERP project management or application transformation projects.
• Experience in a SAP Business One, SAP, or comparable ERP environment.
• Experience in coordinating migrations, application upgrades, or infrastructure renewals.
• Good understanding of testing, data migration, deployment, and stabilization steps.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical, functional, and vendor teams.
• Experience in an international context and with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in French and English.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent experience considered an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One version 9 or 10 considered an important asset.
