Chef - Grandio Group

A Chef at Grandio Group is more than just a kitchen manager.

The selected person will be a chef at one of our branches, whether it's Café du Monde, Ciel, Il Teatro, Iru Izakaya, Niji Sushi, Lapin Sauté, or La Cage.

What you will do

• *As a Chef, you will lead your brigade by:*
• Directing daily kitchen operations
• Mobilizing, training, and developing your team
• Ensuring the quality of dishes, operations, and service
• Managing orders, inventory, and costs
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

You will work in an environment where collaboration, autonomy, and the joy of working as a team are at the heart of operations.

What we offer

• Salary starting at $65,000/year, depending on experience

The Chef we are looking for

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in kitchen management
• Motivational and positive leadership
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills
• Calm and efficient in a dynamic environment
• Desire to grow your team and evolve within an expanding group
