IT ANALYST GUIDEWIRE

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an IT Analyst Guidewire to join our team of advisors at our Quebec or Montreal office, in a permanent position.

This position is hybrid.

As a consultant for Chrome Technologies, the candidate will work with our clients to complete the projects they have entrusted to us.

TASKS:

We are looking for an IT analyst to support the team in the activities of stabilizing and evolving the deployed solution for the corporate insurance sector.

The consultant will participate in the analysis of non-blocking bugs, functional adjustments, and improvement requests identified after deployment. They will contribute to documenting requirements, analyzing impacts, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment between business and implementation teams to facilitate the delivery of fixes and enhancements.

The consultant will work closely with business partners, development teams, quality assurance teams, and solution owners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT analyst in development or solution evolution projects.
• Experience in functional analysis and writing stories, requirements, and detailed specifications.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing bug fixes, improvement tickets, and technical debt.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, document impacts, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience in an Agile context (Scrum or Kanban).
• Good understanding of claims processing, particularly in corporate insurance (a plus).
• Knowledge of the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) considered an asset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, quality specialists, and business partners.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and stakeholder management.
• Autonomy, diligence, and synthesis skills.
