Joining the Digital Expertise Center means being part of an innovative and visionary team that:

• plays a leading role in the digital transformation of the National Assembly by implementing cutting-edge mobile and cloud-based solutions tailored to its client base, including parliamentarians and administration;
• provides strategic advisory services in enterprise architecture, technology choices, and process evolution;
• ensures the transformation and sustainability of application solutions and technological infrastructures;
• conducts strategic surveillance in the field of technologies and artificial intelligence to fuel the deployment of the digital parliament;
• organizes all activities and initiatives related to digital matters;
• supports parliamentarians and political staff in the exercise of their functions while bringing the population closer to the parliament, promoting citizen participation, and disseminating parliamentary work and other relevant information.

• This position at the National Assembly brings you to:
• manage the administration, stability, evolution, and integrated governance of the ServiceNow platform in a governance perspective;
• define and maintain a common operational governance framework covering principles of architecture, security, compliance, integration, and lifecycle management of related solutions;
• support platform users and guide practices in its use;
• influence authorities on the evolution and use of the platform to ensure its consistency, sustainability, and optimization for the operations and services of the National Assembly.
• Compensation
• Between $74,294 and $103,369*
• The compensation is determined based on the relevance of your education and experience in relation to the job. Therefore, it is important to detail them well in your application form, which will serve as a reference.

The number of weekly working hours for this job is 35 hours.

• Strong analytical and concentration skills to manage multiple files simultaneously, assess impacts, and prioritize work effectively.

Do you meet these requirements?

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field deemed relevant to the job assignments and requiring a minimum of 90 credits or a relevant certificate of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority.

A candidate can submit their application if they are in the process of completing the final year of studies required for the degree.

Each missing year of studies can also be compensated by two years of relevant work experience in information technology.

Each missing year of studies can also be compensated by one year of relevant studies at the same or higher level as required. The required degree can also be compensated by a master's degree in a relevant discipline comprising a minimum of 45 credits.

For studies completed outside Canada to be considered, they must be subject to a comparative evaluation (equivalence certificate) issued by the *Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration*.

• Possess five years of relevant professional experience in information technology, including one year in the administration of IT service management platforms and six months in activities that have allowed you to familiarize yourself* with tasks of "expert" complexity.

+ By "familiarization activity," we mean a preparatory activity for the performance of "expert" complexity tasks. For example, predominantly participating in the realization of a complex mandate.

• Have appropriate French language skills for the functions.
• Possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a work permit issued by the competent federal authority to occupy a job in the Quebec Public Service.

A person awaiting proof of permanent resident status or a work permit may submit their application to this selection process. However, they must be authorized to work legally in Canada at the time of their nomination.

• Be subject to a security investigation if your application is selected for this job.
