Quality Assurance Expert

Main Responsibilities:

• BI Analytics: Support to the BI team (QA best practices, coverage, deliverables)
• Lead and mentor UAT BI and Analytics testing with business units
• Manage defects (senior role)
• Ensure consistency and efficiency of QA practices to optimize test coverage and reduce production risks
• Control the quality of tests (Story, SIT, Pre-UAT, UAT)
• Validate the coverage of integration system tests
• Support QA for security validations with the RSI
• Support Product Owners in test case closure decisions (DoD)
• Validate testing strategies and plans
• Ensure traceability of all QA artifacts
• Participate in QA dependency and risk management
• Analyze KPIs (tests, automation, defects) and recommend improvements
• Participate in the production of the weekly QA report
• Plan and lead End-to-End testing phases
• Coordinate QA alignment between different teams
• Participate in the automation strategy
• Support and align the quality of test data
• Apply a comprehensive quality vision (shift-left, risk-based testing)

Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance
• Significant experience in insurance claims (claims process)
• Demonstrated experience as a Lead QA on complex programs
• Experience in multi-platform system integration
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Xray
• Functional bilingualism (French and English)
• Leadership, autonomy, and influence capacity
• Desired:
• Experience in software integration projects
• Business knowledge in insurance claims
• Experience in QA automation governance
• Experience in QA BI and Analytics
• Assets:
• Knowledge of Guidewire (ClaimCenter / Contact Manager)
