Beneficiary Assistant

Within a residence accommodating seniors with varying degrees of autonomy loss, ranging from mild to severe, and typically with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's, the candidate must prioritize the safety of the resident above all else.

Teamwork is essential in our environment, where you will be required to:

Provide hygiene care: Perform complete or partial bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, applying prosthetics, and adhere to the micturition schedule (changing diapers).

Assist with mobility: Conduct safe transfers (alone, with one other person, or using a lift), accompany to meals/activities, etc.

Ensure safety and constant surveillance: Conduct visual rounds at designated times, use sound mats, respond to emergency bells, and take vital signs.

Record observed clinical data and administer medication: Document data and consult work plans (Health Portal Management), administer medication (Xpill Pro).

Provide meal service: Reheat meals according to instructions, set tables, distribute meals, clean up after meals, and assist residents with post-meal hygiene.

Maintain the cleanliness of the environment: Ensure the cleanliness of rooms in collaboration with maintenance staff, perform continuous laundry (laundry room), regularly empty trash bins, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the residence.

Create a comfortable living environment for all and respond to the changing needs of residents while collaborating openly with colleagues.
