• Your daily tasks:

As a welder, you will be required to travel to our various clients located in the Greater Quebec region, and sometimes (if desired), outside of Quebec (NB, NE, Ont, USA, etc).

• Welding in flat and vertical positions;
• Assembling metal components according to plans and specifications;
• Cutting and adjusting products of different metals;
• Preparing the surfaces of pieces, including cleaning, grinding, and degreasing;
• Performing visual inspections and quality tests to ensure compliance;
• Mechanical maintenance and repair of various industrial equipment;
• Inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment;
• Adhering to safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• DEP in welding, mechanics, or any other relevant field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
• CWB cards and/or ability to obtain them;
• Experience in construction sites;
• Good physical condition;
• Knowledge of reading mechanical drawings;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Resourcefulness and adaptability;
• Excellent team spirit;
• Valid driver's license;
• Mobile to travel to our clients or our workshop (as needed).
