We are looking for a senior estimator with experience, passionate about precision and cost optimization, ready to take on major technical challenges and play a role... within the team.

Your responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze plans, estimates and technical documents to develop detailed and reliable estimates.
• Develop, enrich and maintain cost databases (materials, labor, equipment) to support strategic decision-making.
• Assess financial and operational risks, recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Produce and present clear and strategic estimation reports to managers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the accuracy of budgets and their follow-up.
• Carry out post-project analyses to compare forecasts and results, and continuously improve internal methods.
• Use your experience to support and guide the next generation in the development of their expertise.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimation in the field of infrastructure, civil, structural, earthworks or art works construction.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods and processes related to complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in applied mathematics, financial analysis and cost management.
• Recognized ability to read and interpret plans, estimates and technical specifications.
• Mastery of estimation software and specialized digital tools.
• Collaborative leadership, professional rigor and marked autonomy.
