Business Architecture Advisor

Solution SFT is looking for a Business Architecture Advisor for a client project in the public sector in the city of Quebec.

Business Needs Analysis and Direction Support

• Support and guide executive directors in expressing their business needs, defining target processes, and stating requirements
• Participate in the development of scenarios and recommend business solutions considering the needs expressed by executive directors, high-level guidance, and enterprise architecture guidance
• Validate, in collaboration with users, any solution with operational impact

Overall Vision, Architecture, and Strategic Alignment

• Obtain an overall view of the project's architecture for the involved systems, required intersystem links, business and systemic links with partners
• Participate in the development of the overall, detailed, and alignment architecture for all aspects (processes, functional, organizational, informational, security, technological, operations, etc.)

Change Management and Sustainable Development

• Contribute to the change management impact assessment table
• Contribute to the sustainable development consideration table
• Deliverables:
• Deliverables related to implementation and systemic changes
• Change management impact assessment table
• Implementation change support documentation
• Operational impact change tracking documents
• Post-implementation adjustment synthesis
• Sustainable development consideration table
• Any other deliverable required within the business case development framework

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a relevant field
• Possess ten (10) years of experience in information systems development in a user environment, including five (5) years as a business architect in comparable technological environments to the organization
• Have participated in the execution of two significant projects (5,000 workdays and more) as the lead designer and implementer of business solutions in a large organization context (500 employees or more) involving multiple internal and external partners with divergent stakes
• Possess five (5) years of experience in information systems development in a user environment or within multidisciplinary interventions (business processes and rules, work organization, system governance, test strategies, transition management, communications, and training)
