Oracle Organic Architect

Solution SFT is looking for an Oracle Organic Architect for a client project in the public sector in Quebec City and Montreal.

• The Oracle Organic Architect supports internal teams in the design, development, and evolution of application systems based on Oracle technologies
• Targeted systems include: GDF (Childcare Service Financing Management), CAFÉ, CE (Educator Certification), and several applications using Oracle APEX, Forms, and Reports

Activities to Perform

• Break down the service into components while respecting software and technological architectures
• Ensure this breakdown respects the Ministry's organic architecture
• Ensure that the implemented components respect the proposed architectures
• Participate in technological or software choices corresponding to the needs of digital services
• Demonstrate, if necessary, using proof of concept (exploratory prototyping), the technical feasibility of certain elements of the organic architecture
• Support developers (programmers) in interpreting organic rules and in reusing components
• Ensure the technical quality of the realization of digital services
• Support development teams to ensure compliance with the methodological, normative, and technological framework
• Ensure the development of secure applications

Requirements

• Min. 8 years of experience in information technologies
• At least 3 years as an Oracle Organic Architecture Advisor
• Min. 2 years of experience in Agile system development with cloud-based infrastructures or solutions (Azure DevOps, GIT, etc.)
• Have completed 2 mandates of application development using Oracle tools (APEX, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (mandatory)
• University degree in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent recognized according to Quebec's government standards)
