✅ Your daily tasks as an Order Desk Representative

• Answer client calls and/or emails and provide advice
• Identify the right equipment based on their needs
• Enter information into our internal computer system to ensure location contracts are complete and accurate
• Follow up with clients as needed
• Prepare collection slips for equipment returns
• Occasionally perform sub-leasing as needed

✅ You are the right candidate if...

• You enjoy providing excellent customer service and can stay calm, even when things get busy
• You are comfortable with computers (data entry, emails, using an internal system)
• You enjoy working in a team
• You don't need a lot of experience: if you are motivated and ready to learn, we are here to support you!
