Description

We are looking for a Change Management Advisor to support our clients in the success of their organizational transformations. At the heart of interactions with stakeholders, you will play a strategic role in defining and implementing structured approaches aimed at promoting the adoption and appropriation of changes. Your expertise will not only align business objectives with transformation initiatives but also enable teams to become true agents of change.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact analyses;
  • Define global transition and internal communication strategies;
  • Develop change management and communication plans;
  • Design and deliver detailed strategies and plans tailored to client contexts;
  • Produce executive presentations and decision-support documents;
  • Monitor progress reports and collaborate with project teams;
  • Document operational impacts and issues related to transformations;
  • Develop clear and engaging communication materials;
  • Guide stakeholders in adopting changes.
  • Required Qualifications to Succeed in This Role
  • Technical Skills:
  • Three (3) to eight (8) years of experience in change management;
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related discipline;
  • Mastery of best practices in change management (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Agile principles (an asset);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Behavioral Skills:
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts;
  • Great adaptability and flexibility in evolving environments;
  • Collaborative spirit and results-oriented approach; Ability to manage ambiguity and unforeseen events;
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Reward decisions are based on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $50,000 and $75,000. This position is open.
