Oracle Forms Programmer Analyst

Solution SFT is seeking a Oracle Forms Programmer Analyst for a client project in the public sector in the city of Quebec.

Work Mode: Remote work from Canada (on-site presence in Quebec, if exceptionally required)

• Perform functional analysis
• Write or review functional documents
• Write or review the operations manual
• Perform programming and unit testing
• Perform functional and integrated testing
• Put the system into production
• Write the user guide

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Education
• Hold an AEC, DEC, university certificate, or first-cycle degree in computer science or equivalent discipline
• Non-Canadian degree: provide a MIFI comparative evaluation
• A copy of the diploma MUST be attached to the submission
• Working Language
• Excellent French oral and written skills
• Development experience (mandatory technologies)

Experience as a functional analyst in the interview, evolution, and development of information systems using a relational database management system, including:

• Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Designer
• Oracle Fusion Middleware, JAVA
• HTML/CSS, XML/JSON
• Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL
• Oracle Discoverer, Power BI
• Azure migration
• Experience in migrating information assets to Azure
• Modeling tools
• Experience with: Sparx Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, Draw.io
• Change management
• Experience in change management or supporting business teams
