Internship Location: Main Prevost Plant, 35 Gagnon Boulevard, Sainte-Claire

Summary of the Opportunity

As an Intern Production Supervisor Assistant, you will work closely with production supervisors to support daily operations, contribute to continuous process improvement, and participate in various projects aimed at performance, quality, and health and safety.

Your Challenges to Tackle

• Assist supervisors in coordinating production activities;
• Participate in tracking performance indicators (safety, quality, delivery, and productivity);
• Collaborate on solving operational issues on the production floor;
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives;
• Participate in team meetings and follow up on actions;
• Perform production data analysis and prepare various reports;
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production goals.

Desired Profile

• Student in technical or bachelor's degree program in:
• + Industrial engineering;
• + Mechanical engineering;
• + Business administration (operations management);
• + Or any other relevant field;
• Completed at least 1 year of studies;
• Interest in manufacturing operations management;
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
• Dynamic and motivated personality;
• Autonomy and resourcefulness;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
