• You have the following profile:

1- Possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Project Planning and Control Consultant (PCO) 2- Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of information technology 3- Master the MS-Project and EPM/Project Server software.

Your missions will include

• Develop and manage work plans, coordinate activities and assignments, and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Track and reconcile project and administrative financial data, produce budget forecasts, and proactively report on deviations.
• Design and populate management dashboards and reports to support decision-making and accountability.
• Coordinate project and financial year closures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
• Guide managers in the application of management frameworks and adherence to good administrative practices.
• Participate in the evolution of planning tools and practices, formulate recommendations, and support teams in adapting to organizational transformations.
• Assess resource capacity, anticipate needs, and adjust assignments to maximize operational efficiency.
