As a Representative, Customer Service and Administrative, Online Brokerage, you provide a professional, rigorous, and efficient service in response to client requests, in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures as well as the industry regulations for securities. You accompany members and clients, in person or remotely, in their account opening requests, transactional needs, and understanding of the financial products and services offered. You analyze and perform the purchase and sale transactions of financial products, while identifying business opportunities to enrich the customer relationship. Your role directly contributes to the quality of the customer experience, the maintenance of business relationships, and the achievement of team results. Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of service, and your ability to achieve results are essential to your success in this role. Specifically, you will be required to:
- Customer Service and Administrative Support:
+ Welcome and assist members and clients in the branch to complete their account openings.
+ Communicate with clients and stakeholders (phone, email) to finalize files and ensure necessary follow-ups.
+ Respond to information requests regarding accounts, products, and services, by conducting the required research to ensure quality service at all times.
+ Maintain the quality, confidentiality, and compliance of files.
- Account Opening:
+ Process current and complex account openings (estates, trusts).
+ Analyze and validate the information contained in the forms, in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
+ Assist clients in completing the required documents.
- Financial Transactions:
+ Perform transactional tasks related to mutual funds and deposit slips.
+ Process buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, options, and any other financial instrument, in Canadian dollars or foreign currencies, in accordance with the established procedures.
- Compliance, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify operational risks related to the team's activities and contribute to the search for solutions and improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with the firm's policies, standards, and procedures, as well as those established by regulatory bodies.
+ Propose improvements to tools, processes, and work methods to optimize operational efficiency.

What You Will Bring
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Successful representative license (Without a license, the candidate commits to obtaining it within 12 months of employment.)
- French language proficiency required
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners or members and clients
- Knowledge of securities industry regulations and standards
