Profitability Coordinator

The Main Direction – Development Practices and Application Platform Services is responsible for supporting the organization's ability to design, deliver, and operate secure, stable, and high-performance technological solutions.

It acts as a crucial structuring lever in the IT value chain, ensuring the availability of critical platforms, the reliability of cloud services, the efficiency of continuous delivery, and the consistency of development practices, tools, and processes.

The Main Direction has an integrated vision covering the operationalization of technological platforms, governance of the delivery cycle, support for development projects, and the evolution of common technological foundations.

The incumbent holds an advisory role in profit coordination with the main direction and managers regarding strategic transformation initiatives in development practices.

As an advisor, you act as an expert in profit management and value driving, supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Act as a reference in profit management and ensure its rigor, consistency, and traceability

Establish performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives

Develop and maintain profit tracking dashboards

Ensure traceability between initiatives, deliverables, and generated value

Coordinate profit tracking at the program level

Produce executive reports and strategic recommendations

Engage stakeholders (projects, PCO, business partners)

Contribute to the evolution of profit management practices and tools

Required Skills

Senior experience in a coordination, transformation, or analysis role

Excellent understanding of complex and cross-cutting environments

Strong analytical and results-oriented skills

Influence leadership without formal authority

Excellent communication and dissemination skills

Rigor, structure, and autonomy

Knowledge and Experience

Experience in organizational or IT transformation programs

• Mastery of performance indicators (KPIs) and data visualization

Experience with tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel)

• Knowledge of Agile / DevOps environments (asset)
